Treasure hunt meets walking tour as you journey through the sites of this wonderful cathedral city. Visit notable landmarks and less well-known corners, including famous locations from two Potters: Harry and Beatrix! Along the way you'll learn fascinating facts while solving clues and hunting around for answers.

Starting outside Gloucester Cathedral, College Green, GL1 2LX, the trail follows a circular route to finish close to the start point. The total distance covered is ~2 miles.

You can enjoy this adventure on your own or in a team with friends and family. We think teams of 2-4 people are ideal but you can play with more people if you wish.

The hunt is available throughout the day; you can start anytime between 7.30am and 6pm. The first 2 clues will take you inside the cathedral so we recommend avoiding starting when there is a service on (check out Gloucester Cathedral service times here).
